Paradisus Río de Oro Resort & Spa

This was my first time back in Cuba after several years and it reminded me why I love Cuba so much. This hotel is beautiful and the food is delicious. The view on the beach is incredible and there's two more beaches that are part of the hotel that are also just stunning. Huge Hotel though and walkable for hours. I also used the spa which was great. Along with the fitness center and it helped stay on track while away. I will recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back !

This was my first time in Cuba and my first experience at an all-inclusive and it has absolutely set the bar high. First, the food! It was wonderful. The restaurants are great (Cuban and international were the best) but the buffet was amazing! Everything was so fresh, well prepared with care, detail, and creativity. So much variety, there truly is something for everyone at every meal. The staff are lovely and very quick to take such good care of you. The property itself is stunning and expansive, with plenty of walking paths and quiet corners to explore. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The spa is a beautiful hideaway - treatments are amazing and the staff are highly skilled. Our week here was quiet and restorative, with a bit of an older crowd. It's not so much of a party resort but more therapeutic. Soo happy to have found Paradisus.

First time at this location. Beautiful view, nice pool. Disappointed in the service, the buffet was open one day, closed the next. The maids were great, did an excellent job and very friendly. The pianist in the lobby was excellent. The pool bar was good the first few days then a different server was there and it went downhill. All in all it was a beautiful place just need to work on the service.
