Lovely parador in the mountains, great peaceful spot with lots of walks. Food was delicious and the staff were professional and friendly. Well worth a visit.
Fantastic place to wander in nature as there are many routes around. The hotel is a historical landmark as not only it’s the first Parador, but also the place where the current Spanish constitution was written. You can see some photos and memorabilia in a special room: Salón de los ponentes.
The rooms are in need of an update. Get rid of the tubs, put walk-in showers. Everything else is fine in a historic building.
