Lovely hotel The staff were friendly and the food was good. The castle definitely had a lovely atmosphere, and the location was stunning. The rooms only got four stars because they were a little dated but were a good size and clean.
Spectacular experience in this historical parador. The castle is in beautiful conditions, the service was great. Breakfast was very complete. It’s a peaceful place to to getaway from the city within less than 2 hours drive from Madrid.
The hotel is beautiful and the town is quaint, it’s great for taking a walk around there is so much to take in. The service staff, particularly the breakfast servers, are rude and unprofessional and lower the 5 star quality and feel. The food is mediocre some dishes were 5 star quality and others were no where near. They have a great kids menu. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, it’s a phenomenal place to visit and stay.
