Nice Hotel with great view, especially the restaurant, where we were able to see some birds while eating. There was a nice selection of food (which was tasty) and drinks, especially the Agua de Jamaica was delicious! Beds were also really comfortable and adding an extra bed was no problem. All in all, great place to stay for a night as a stop, not something for a longer stay though: apart from the in-house museum, there’s not much to do in the area.
This place is beyond beautiful and magical. Perfect place for lovers or a retreat. With a few rooms you get to enjoy peacefully of this old hacienda with all the services comparable to a high end 5-star hotel. Food is delicious and the contact with nature is incomparable.
A unique, historic and beautiful stop close to Comitan. Gorgeous rooms facing onto a lazy green space within ancient walls, framed by magnificent trees. The Museum is remarkable and worth a visit alone. Good food and kind hospitality wrap up a terrific stay.
