Wonderful experience! The hotel is comfy and spacious! The pool is exciting and the cool Karon beach is close by ! The breakfast is awesome with a lot of options to choose from! Loved their chocolate cake and hot chocolate and their fresh pastries! Thank you Chef Tong and Chef Boom! I recommend the beach/ swimming pool and city view rooms Caz the view is stunning! Above all Many Thanks again to Chef Tong and Chef Boom for the daily delicious cakes and pastries and for making our stay a memorable experience. However, the kids club when compared to other hotels needs to be upgraded in terms of activities to make it lively such as dancing, singing, etc. suggest to also introduce kids activities and games by the main pool area.
Paradox is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I booked a sea view room, and the view during sunset was amazing. The food was great every day. I never missed breakfast, there was a good variety, and everything was fresh, especially the fruits and pastries. I have a sensitive stomach, so I’m always careful with food, but I had no problems at all. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the staff were always nearby and ready to help. All the staff were very friendly and professional, from reception to housekeeping and the lifeguards. This was my second time staying at Paradox, and definitely not the last. Highly recommend it.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome — everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options each morning. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
