Paradox Sydney

Spent 2 days there and my Partner and I cant wait to go there again. From the time we got there till the time we left, it was spectacular. Staff were plentiful and very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was gorgeous, clean, well appointed and the bed was super comfortable - the Pillow menu was a neat added touch .. The Breakfast buffet was fresh, well stocked even in peak service times and it was all delicious.

The stay from check in to departure was 5 star. All the staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed on level 10 and made use of the business lounge. A special thanks to the two lovely ladies - Nadia and Duyanne (sorry if misspelled). They made time to chat and give us specialized service in the lounge, even having a dairy free option custom made for breakfast on our last day. The room was exceptionally clean, with a turn down service. Bed was large and comfortable. Location is fantastic, we attended an event at State Theatre which was an easy 7 min walk along Pitt st. A stroll in the other direction took us to Circular Quay and the markets at the Rocks. Valet parking topped it off, knowing the hotel took care of our vehicle was comforting.

Had an enjoyable stay here. Rooms are comfortable with a nice bathroom. Comfy bed with a pillow menu available if the 2 options on the bed are not to your liking. The location in Martin Place is really convenient and a perfect launchpad to access anywhere in the city either via the light rail or on foot Nice buffet breakfast with heaps of variety. Fresh cooked omelettes to order, everything you would expect on a hot buffet + some extras like carved leg ham. Cheeses , pastries , danishes, + heaps more. Would definitely stay again
