Paradox Vancouver

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a trip to Alaska and Canada. First impressions are lasting they say and that couldn’t be more true. Our arrival was met by a lovely gentleman on the desk. Think his name was Michael. He instantly set the friendly welcoming tone. So pleasant and helpful. He even told us we had an upgrade to a one bedroom suite🙂. It was amazing. A young man brought us our luggage and again had the same welcoming manner, taking time to explain all the workings of the room. Bed was super comfy and pillows soft and fluffy. This mood continued with a what’s app message from the hotel reaching out to us should we require anything. This is something l have never experienced before but a great touch. The next day, Andrew the concierge was simply the best in arranging our day while my husband had a great chat with Roman on the door. We had a late lunch in Karma and food was flavoursome for sure. I honestly cannot praise this hotel for their approach to guests. The hotel is also very clean and fresh. I would stay again without hesitation and take my hat off to the team.

My stay at Hotel Paradox Vancouver was exceptional from start to finish! The value for what you get here is outstanding. Everything from check-in to room service and even the thoughtful turn-down service with chocolates was top-notch. It’s the little details that set this place apart. The pen in the room? Surprisingly high-quality. Fresh canned waters provided daily? A nice touch. Even the bath mat and toiletries mat were a step above what you’d expect for a hotel in this price range. If you’re looking for a stay that balances luxury with affordability, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be returning!

Stayed here for my birthday and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Maya handled our reservation exceptionally well and took every one of our requests into consideration, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. From the moment we checked in, Joel and the front desk staff made us feel right at home — they secured our bags and had them delivered to our room without us even having to ask. Everything from the quick and seamless check-in, to the meticulous room service, birthday card and treats, efficient valet, and incredible amenities — it was all carried out with a level of care and standard we haven’t come across before. This stay has definitely raised the bar for us. We would 100% return again.
