You get what you pay for and at 1,500bht/night this place is exceptional. It's not really a "resort" rather a reasonable 3*+ or 4* hotel. The bed and bedding is good and the linen (fairly) new. The condiments are a bit naff and stingy as is the toilet paper but it's practical - as long as you don't apply too much force with your finger! In just a few minutes walk you're at the magnificent night market. Depends what you're in Pattaya for as to whether you stay here.
Leaking water in the bathroom. Hot water temperature is not consistently. It changes from warm to hot to burning hot. Clogged drain in the shower. I shower in the standing water about 1 once deep. No parking spaces. There are 10+ cars that have to double park in tiny parking garage under ground.
