Paragon Saigon Hotel

I’m genuinely satisfied with my 4days’ stay at Paragon Saigon. The location is great, it is close to restaurants and convenience stores, all just within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming, and the bellman was especially polite and helpful, which made me feel like a valued guest. This small gesture goes a long way in making guests feel at home. I absolutely loved the sumptuous breakfast they served, everything was fresh, generous, and really tasty. Though, there are few things to improve. The safe box in the room (503) wasn’t working. While I didn’t need it during my stay, having a functional one is important for peace of mind and guest confidence. And during late at night or in the early morning, there was a noticeable kitchen or food smell coming into the room, possibly from the air conditioning system. It wasn’t a big issue, but worth checking. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Saigon.

What stands out to me the most was the service from the hotel staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel location was convenient to most tourist things via walking and driving. The included breakfast buffet had a nice selection of western and Vietnamese options

Excellent location and exemplary staff! Definitely a great place to stay while you are staying in Ho Chi Minh - District 1. Checked in this afternoon and after finishing a busy day around the city, we settled in but found the TV was not working. Called Zina in front desk and she immediately spoke to her manager to get our needs addressed. Within 10 min, she had made arrangement to have our room changed. We are completely satisfied with her service! Kudos to Zina for a job well done!! 👍 Look forward to the rest of our stay at Paragon.
