Paragon Suites Resort

Hotel isn’t big much like resort like ordinary hotel. Room Suite is nice but establishments in room with bathroom aren’t like 4stars hotel. I would recommend as 3stars hotel. As I entered room. It was everything perfect almost until I joined bathroom. It was too much wet. That was a no go. Because I came late they told me pool is open until 7 pm. I went to pool. It was dark and not safe. I almost was scared about loose laminates and was stumbling almost. I checked what was on laminate. Three of laminate are broken. It was really no go. Not safe. Pool don’t have access for disabled people with wheelchairs or d people. Nothing to hold with railing. Pool time is not flexible and they told me to stop to swim. Another disadvantage is balcony. Around the balcony you see there hallway. You can’t enjoy on balcony alone.

Things that cannot be changed: Complete lack of soundproofing. You will hear your neighbor lying on the bed and trying to plug something into the socket. Things that can be changed, but nobody will bother: Non-functioning WiFi: technically it exists, but doesn't work in reality. After complaints, staff just smiles and says there are too many guests today (not true) and internet issues are possible. Overall greediness and attempts to collect extra money. Single-use shampoo was provided as one piece only. There were two of us and we had to ask for additional bottles. Signs everywhere prohibiting bringing fruits and other items into the room. At check-out, we were made to wait while staff inspected if we damaged anything. Haven't seen such poor service in a long time. Overall, look for another hotel, this one is seriously overrated. Instead of relaxing, you'll constantly worry about not staining anything or how to get proper internet connection.

Rooms are big, location is very bad unless you are here for young girls across the street. No sign for privacy in you room so when you come back it's clean and your personal belongings has been move. Across the yard there is the real hotel where you can buy breakfast for 100 baht and it's good. Adding it all together there is no point staying here if you want to visit the beach or the shopping centers.
