Beautiful hotel with nice scenery and amazing views. Awesome alleys, paths surrounded by lovely plants (palm trees, olive trees, rosemary, cactus etc. We had for our staying a junior suite sea view. Spacious room for two adults and one kido, big and really clean bathroom and a nice balcony with the best view. We had opted for half board, food was great, a good variety and options to eat at breakfast and dinner also. One of the best rissoto we had, bread baked in the restaurant. Fresh veggies good dishes. Staff really nice and helpful. Nice pool area with confy sun beds. We will definitely come here again
Our stay began with a bit of a disappointment when we were given a damp, dark room that felt more like a cellar. Thankfully, after we voiced our concerns, the hotel quickly rectified the situation by moving us to the room we had reserved – a truly beautiful and spacious room complete with its own private pool. The food at the hotel was enjoyable. While there was a good selection, we personally would have preferred less variety in favor of higher quality. The restaurant staff, though attentive, sometimes cleared items away a little too quickly, which made it hard to fully relax during meals. The background music was also quite loud and repetitive, often playing tracks in a similar style to Stevie Wonder. Despite these minor issues, we were ultimately very happy with our stay. We found that renting a car allowed us to explore local dining options and enjoy dinner outside the hotel most evenings.
The hotel is nicely designed, and the overall look is high-end. However, the rooms feel rather soulless, reminiscent of large business hotels – functional, but lacking warmth or character. Overall, our stay was okay, but as so often, the devil is in the details. The staff appeared overworked and not particularly welcoming, which affected the overall atmosphere. It’s high season, so that might explain it, but it still shouldn’t be an excuse. Room cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed dust in the corners – and more seriously, we stepped on small glass shards in our private pool area. That’s simply unacceptable. Breakfast offers plenty of variety, but the overall hygiene left a lot to be desired. Dirty dishes were left on many tables, glasses were poorly cleaned and often had stains from old orange juice. Even freshly set tables had leftover tomato sauce stains. Most glasses at the bar were covered in water spots, and the placemats at breakfast were full of crumbs and not replaced. All of this points to a lack of care and attention to detail – the kind that can really elevate a guest experience. At €360 per night, we expected more. Unfortunately, it didn’t deliver.
