Paralos Kosta Mare Palace

A big thank you to the hotel management for my stay here. It was a privilege to be a guest at your hotel and am so thankful for all the excellent service I was rendered in your hotel. Thank you very much to the wonderful Reception staff - excellent service & warm hospitality; Food & Beverage staff - thank you very much for putting up exotic & fresh dishes & drinks every meals. Great team work and excellent service. Thank you to the Housekeeping staff for alway changing towels daily and making my bed - thank you so much. The night entertainment was a thriller and superb, thank you. Overall, my stay was an awesome one and I loved my holiday in Crete and more importantly being a guest in your luxury hotel. I will highly recommend you to my friends and families when they visit Crete. Once again, my hearty Thank You to you all for making my stay an enjoyable and of course a memorable one. Will surely return in the near future.

We stayed for 12 wonderful days. The rooms are big and comfy, the view to the ocean was amazing and also the food unbelievable good. So tasty and fresh, every day new choices and really friendly service and personal. The beach is directly at the hotel area and the ocean is nice and has crystalclear water. The gym is modern and has everything you need for a good workout. Furthermore there is a supermarket (if you need one) and car/quad rental service nearby or you book a car direktly in the hotel if you want. I definitely have to recommend the Costa Mare Palace! It was a beautiful stay, with lots of fun, thanks to the animation team also and beautiful sunsets and so much more... just an awesome time!!! Thanks a lot we will come again =)

We made a bunch of hotels and resorts and we appreciated staying in this one. Rooms are cleaned every day, personnel is kind and professional, always smiling. Food is correct, a few days was below expectations but it was good globally. Above all, size of the hotel is reasonable: no queue for eating, you will always find some sun beds available around the piscines or at the beach. No need to wake up at 6.00 am to book a place with your towel. & 2 restaurants besides the buffet: Greek and Italian ( Sandy beach but a lot of rocks in the sea, don't forget your swimming shoes. Evening animations could be improved. We will go back again for sure.
