Parama Koh Chang

Staff was so great!! Loved them so much, they were so kind and helpful. They were always there when we needed them, they were very entertaining and it was an amazing experience. We did a wedding renewal here and it was beautiful. There’s activities around the resort and the pool was great so no one was bored. Everyone had so much fun. If you ever need a place to stay in Cho Chang, book here!!

We didnt stay here but on our day tour we were able to drop in and feed the turtles...really cool experience and very beautiful setting and friendly staff!

We are paying a heavy price for the room. It is on the opposite side of the island than all the activity and that’s ok for the nice silent experience but it’s a long ride to get to “town” and all the activity the island offers. The rooms are nice and big, but costly. They have water stains all over in the bathroom. The shower is falling apart and I noticed that there was a dirty spoon with the cups offered. It was minutes after we checked in and set the tone. I’m worried about the rest of the room. What was and was not cleaned or replaced properly before we checked in. My wife has tried to talk to management about the issues. 7194 baht for two nights here was WAY too much. There is no beach. We have stayed in rooms for 500-700 baht on the mainland that were smaller, but VERY clean and well kept. This is NOT a place worth the price if you compare it to other spots. As I write this we are served cold coffee and told the have no maple for their waffles. The breakfast served here is pretty much a carbon copy of what other places serve for their meals. Walking at this place is nice, but a challenge. We came home after dark and the dark wood on the walkways changed abruptly and wife fell with here hands/arms full as she didn’t see the step down. This morning - as we walked to get breakfast (we never ate - coffee cold and fearful of the utensils) she tripped (no fall) as she was walking out of room where the stone walkway changes and is hard to see the difference. Update: staff and management were very understanding and we were given proper opportunity to get resolution. Ultimately were please with the stay. The other details remain. The pool was a bit cloudy as well.
