Paramount Hotel Dubai Downtown

Our stay at Paramount Hotel Dubai was absolutely beautiful from start to finish! The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Harold our very first point of contact and he truly set the tone for an unforgettable experience. He was not only incredibly professional and welcoming but also so funny and full of positive energy! His warm personality and great sense of humor made us feel instantly at ease and excited for our stay. Harold went above and beyond throughout our visit, and his presence made everything feel extra special. The hotel itself is stunning, with a glamorous Hollywood vibe, but it’s people like Harold who make it truly exceptional. We can’t wait to come back

I met Francis Jotono who is a security personal at paramount hotel business bay. May I say how impressed I am with his intelligence and his attention to detail. He spent quality time whilst in the heat and guided my family to where we needed t go. A staff member I might have to steal from you guys :) Thank you for the enjoyable and memorable experience. I don't see any reviews on mystery room so if someone is looking for that, here it is; I booked a mystery room for 2 nights and I think it was worth it for me! The room was a huge surprise, I don't want to ruin that bit by giving away a lot of details though. also got a nice complimentary cake as I was there for my birthday celebration, the breakfast was amazing! They even had a live crepe station! The service was great, all those that are talking about elevators being slow - yes that actually was the case but not for rooms on lower floors, if your room is on the higher floor then you're definitely facing that problem. Mine was in the lower zone and so I didn't face any delays with elevator. The craft restaurant was also super delicious, we had dinner over there once. The one who served us was extremely polite, helpful and kind. I can't remember his name now. The pool was amazing - I loved that area. The valet however was a bit slow and you have to wait for a bit for it to arrive and it does get crowded as well. I think it's better to leave like 10-15 mins earlier than intended unless you're going out late.
