We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. A special thanks to Sanika, who served us with such warmth and professionalism—she made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Her attentiveness, friendly attitude, and excellent service truly stood out. Overall, the ambiance, food quality, and service were outstanding. We had a wonderful stay at Paraamount Riverfront Resort and Spa. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff provided us with a buggy to reach our room, which added to the comfort and convenience. We had booked a family room for 5 people, but it turned out to be extremely spacious — large enough to easily accommodate up to 10 people. The room is thoughtfully designed with an upper deck and lower deck, featuring 1 king-sized bed and 2 small single beds. There’s also a separate wardrobe area with ample cupboard space, along with 2 washrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for larger families or groups. The resort itself is massive, built in two phases, and offers a wide range of amenities. It includes a game zone, spa center, and a clean, well-maintained swimming pool. The entire property is beautifully maintained and gives a sense of peace and relaxation. There’s also an on-site restaurant and bar. The food is tasty, and the pricing is quite reasonable for the quality and ambiance. One of the best parts of this resort is its location — right on the riverbank — which makes it a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a peaceful retreat with all essential amenities.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype I had high expectations from this resort, but sadly, the experience was far from pleasant. • Rooms: Extremely small and cramped. The water flow in the bathrooms was very poor, and the overall hygiene of the room left a lot to be desired. • Food: Very average. Limited options, and nothing is available post 10:30 PM – not even basic snacks or tea. • Activities & Facilities: There’s hardly anything to explore on the property. The gaming zone, which could’ve been a highlight, shuts down by 8:30 PM even on weekends – which makes no sense for a leisure resort. • Staff & Service: The only good part of the stay was the restaurant staff, especially the female servers who were polite and attentive. Special thanks to Mahi the female server for being so patience and attentive. My baby was sick and she has attended us very well. • Transportation & Local Ties: A major red flag – the front desk recommended a local cab service that turned out to be a horrible experience. These drivers acted like goons and tried to extort money. Even if the ride was canceled for a valid reason, they demanded a minimum of ₹1,000. It felt like the hotel front desk was hand-in-glove with them, which was extremely concerning. ⸻ Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this resort. It lacks the basic comforts of a decent stay, and the questionable local tie-ups make it even more unsafe. Look elsewhere for a peaceful and reliable getaway.
