Amazing luxury hotel! The whole stay felt super high-end. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and comfy, and the view from the pool was absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely be back!

Spacious renovated hotel. Big spa with no many people. Attentive staff. Nice breakfast (best croissants ever 😍) Free parking. 40 min from the Cervinia ski lift The main disappointment is the restaurant . Worst dining experience we had in Saint Vincent. All dishes were very very ordinary…even don’t believe the Chef is Italian. The prices correspond 5 star hotel. Go to the village and try other options(Rosa Bianca is amazing !)

We were disappointed with the service, even though the hotel itself meets the standards of its category. At check-out, the hotel attempted to charge us over 100 euros in additional fees, with no justification. When we pointed this out, the front desk claimed it was a "mistake." Whether it was an error or a deliberate attempt, such incidents should not occur in a hotel of this class. I suggested that guests should sign off on all charges for transparency, but the receptionist replied that it wasn't necessary. This kind of attitude towards guests is disappointing and simply unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as premium.
