We had a good stay here, the room looks really nice at the first glance, but once you get comfortable you start noticing things. Some of our mugs weren t clean, they had coffee stains so old that it took a few minutes to clean them.. but the biggest problem is the bathroom, the ceiling looks like its falling apart, and the shower is raised like 30 cm of the floor, with doors that open only at half the distance, making it an uncomfortable experience. Otherwise, the view is amazing, the balcony is spacious and I advise you having your coffee/breakfast there. A market is nearby, give it a shot to get all you veggies bread cheese or meats, they are absolutely delicious and price worthy. Overall we enjoyed our stay, hopefully they ll start working at the bathroom.
If I could give this hotel a zero, I would! For those planning to travel by car, I strongly advise steering clear of this establishment. We parked our car in the hotel's parking lot, which appeared safe and was confirmed as such by the reception staff. However, between 4 PM and 11 PM on our first day, we returned to find our car window smashed and items worth €600 stolen from the trunk. When we reported this to the hotel staff, they seemed oddly unsurprised. The receptionist called the police for us, but since the police do not respond after 10 PM, we had to wait until morning and go to the police station ourselves. The receptionist who called the police was kind and empathetic, likely the only person in the hotel who showed any concern. The next day, another hotel employee informed us that such incidents are common in their parking lot. So, why do they claim their parking is secure? Why doesn’t the staff warn guests against parking there? It seems the hotel management and staff need to learn the true meaning of the word "secure" and stop misleading guests about the safety of their parking area. To add insult to injury, the manager never bothered to address the issue with us—a huge disgrace for the hotel! A few days after leaving the hotel, we emailed the manager requesting a refund for two nights as compensation but received no response at all. After this ordeal, there's no need to elaborate on the poor condition of the hotel, rooms, and staff. If you value your peace of mind, your vehicle, and your good mood, avoid this hotel at all costs!
At first glance the room great, but at closer inspection not so good. It was quite spacious with a separate bedroom which did have a small air conditioning unit aircon, a bed, and nothing else .the living room had no aircon, a very small TV, some furniture, and nothing else, no jug, no cups no coffee no tea not even a teaspoon. Reception gave us (for 10E) an electric jug and two tiny plastic cups, but still no tea or coffee. It then transpired the pool was subject to an "extra" 15 E Dollar charge per person per day, not counting the charges that went for the umbrellas, and loungers !Not what was indicated on your website.
