We made a stop in Paris on the way to Strasbourg for work. Unfortunately we didn’t realize it was a holiday the day we were to check out and they were securing the city. But the staff at this hotel had our backs! They took us out their back entrance at 5am with a bellman and all of our luggage and work cases. Arranged for a car to come in and get us and whisk us to the train station. They went above and beyond to make sure we got out before the closures and taken to catch the train. Other highlights were the amount of security and how well you were greeted each and every time you came in or out of the hotel. The bar was excellent and also took amazing care of us. Our room was clean and spacious as well. Highly recommend!
Could not imagine a better hotel! The staff are so kind and go out of their way to help. Hannah was amazing and we looked forward to seeing her every morning at breakfast! The food is incredible (definitely get breakfast), location is awesome, rooms are beautiful - a truly wonderful stay.
This hotel is beautiful! Jeremy, the bartender was fantastic! From the moment we checked in until we left he and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel like family during our stay! I can’t give enough praise to this staff! Thank you for helping to make our trip wonderful!
