We recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel and couldn’t have been more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless: • 🚐 Free airport shuttle – made our arrival and departure stress-free and convenient. • Sauna room – top-notch facilities that offered the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. • Food – delicious, varied, and consistently high-quality across every meal. • Staff – professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. We will not hesitate to book again—Marriott truly provides a well-rounded and welcoming stay every time!
Overall, this is a very well put together hotel with a large lobby and a great restaurant. The restaurant service is slow however, the food is good and the view on the outside deck is amazing, especially if you like to watch planes. The breakfast included in my rate was a buffet style and most of it was very well. The rooms are nice and clean and quiet but ask for an extra key card so you can keep the bathroom lights on at all times or whenever you need it because it will turn off on you after a short duration of time. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member don’t expect an upgrade or anything extra outside of your elite benefits if you are a Platinum Elite Member or below because this hotel is filled with a lot of Titanium and Ambassador Members and a lot of tour groups as well. So if you are Platinum or lower, definitely book the room you want or package you want. With all that being said, I definitely would come back.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your property. My experience was far from satisfactory, beginning with the horrible smell and uncleanliness of my room and bathroom. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, I was astonishingly informed that this was an "upgrade," which only makes me dread to imagine the condition of a standard room. Furthermore, I was offered complimentary morning coffee upon check-in. However, when I attempted to retrieve it at 7:00 AM, I was rudely turned away and informed that the service was only available between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM. This timing restriction was never communicated to me, leading to unnecessary frustration. The issues continued with the arranged shuttle service (or private taxi), which arrived 30 minutes late, causing significant stress and nearly jeopardizing my travel plans. My complaints regarding the delay were completely disregarded. In hindsight, I should have opted for an Uber to ensure timely airport arrival and enjoyed a peaceful cup of coffee there. I initially chose to address these concerns directly with the hotel, hoping for a resolution before resorting to a public review. Unfortunately, the customer service proved unhelpful, offering only apologies without any tangible solutions. Therefore, I feel compelled to share my experience publicly so others can make an informed decision. In conclusion, this property is horrible, and I strongly advise against booking a stay here. I urge potential guests to take their business elsewhere, where it will be genuinely appreciated.
