Another fantastic stay with Marriott! The staff was professional and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to Mr. Jaga at the front desk for his exceptional service; as first-time visitors to Paris, we truly appreciated his recommendations and guidance. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a great selection and high-quality service. We were particularly impressed by the team in the breakfast area—Mr. Rahman, Mr. Shawn, and others—who provided warm, personalized, and attentive service, especially when it came to our dietary restrictions. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent stay as, always with Marriott. The staff were professional and welcoming. A special thank you to Safa at the front desk for her warm, personalized, and attentive service. She acknowledged my Elite status and made sure everything went smoothly. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and high-quality service. Our room comfortable and has everything we wanted. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you all for a fabulous trip.

The location of the Marriott Paris Opéra Ambassador is excellent—just a short walk from Galeries Lafayette, making it ideal for both shopping and exploring the city. Check-in was smooth and fast, but as a Gold member, I wasn’t acknowledged or offered an upgrade. My room was on a higher floor, facing the rear, with no view, but it was clean and well-kept. I appreciated the welcome drink, which I exchanged for a prosecco at Bar Lindbergh—a nice touch. The bar has a pleasant atmosphere. I also tried the onion soup at Sixtine; it was average, but breakfast had a good variety and was a more enjoyable experience overall. The bathroom came with minimal amenities, and the gym is very basic—just enough if you need a quick workout. The mini bar in the room was empty, which felt a bit underwhelming for a hotel in this category. What stood out most was the staff—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. You can feel the care across the hotel, which made a difference in the overall experience. I’d stay again for the location and service, but there’s room for improvement in the amenities and elite member recognition.
