“Nice stay – problems were solved reliably” We stayed in Haus Selene and felt very comfortable there. The house was clean, well-equipped and offers a great environment for relaxing days. The sauna and fireplace were a dream in March. Each house has its own parking space, a small outdoor area and is very quiet. Unfortunately, we can confirm a topic that is also addressed in other reviews: There was initially a delay in the deposit. However, we would like to positively emphasize that the owner of the house responded very enthusiastically after a short call - the problem was resolved quickly and easily. It's a shame that organizational things like this sometimes spoil the overall impression, because the complex and the house definitely deserve more recognition. We would come back - with the knowledge that there is a reliable local contact in the background.

A great holiday in a special house with very good facilities. Pure nature and relaxation. We were able to really switch off here. One star deducted because we had problems with repaying the deposit, which is not the landlord's fault but unfortunately the manager of the houses here doesn't work properly and withholds money. After contacting the landlord directly (possible via the imprint on the homepage), the deposit was paid back directly.

We would have liked to rent a spherical house for our holidays, but unfortunately, we simply haven't received a response to our multiple inquiries. According to the website, there are still vacancies; we sent several inquiries through it, as it wasn't clear whether the messages had been sent successfully. After a few days, we called and were told the inquiries would be processed that day and we would receive either a rejection or an offer. Nothing happened for another four days. We called again, claiming the inquiries hadn't been received and that we should submit them again via the website. Direct inquiries about whether any of the houses listed on the website were still available during that period were avoided. So we submitted another inquiry and received a call back saying that it had now been received. When we asked again whether the houses listed on the website were still available during that period, we received the answer that the inquiry would be forwarded accordingly. To whom? We spoke with the management. To date, we haven't received a response. It's a shame, but based on the other reviews, it's probably better that way.
