Park Ascent

I was put up in the hotel for a business trip. Decent budget hotel. Accommodating staff and good food. The house keeping kept the rooms clean. I did receive a lotta help from the reception with booking a cab, since i couldn't get Ola and Uber out of the place. All in all a good experience for business and family accommodation.

This a 4 star hotel in Sector 62, one of the better ones this side of the sector. It has a big enough banquet hall in the basement, the food is good and they serve liquor also. However one problem at times is with the parking, especially if a lot of people are leaving the hotel at rush hour as the gates are on the main road and sometimes there is a lot of traffic, it becomes a problem to take the car out.

⚠️ Be extremely cautious when booking your stay at Park Ascent. Guests are being falsely accused of taking small room items like hand towels or soaps, and then pressured to check their personal belongings. This is both humiliating and unprofessional. What’s worse is that these accusations often lead to added charges on the final bill — creating the impression that some staff might be using false claims as a tactic to increase revenue. In one instance, Ms. Nishika Dhami, the Front Desk Executive, wrongfully accused a guest of hiding a small towel that was never even provided in the room. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or management skills, she reacted with disrespect and false judgment. Her conduct reflects poorly on the hotel’s hospitality standards and raises serious concerns about how someone like this was even hired to represent a 4-star property. With behavior like this, Park Ascent does not deserve its 4-star rating — it barely meets the expectations of a 1-star experience. Anyone planning to stay here is strongly advised to record their room during check-in and check-out, and document all amenities — or risk being blamed and billed for things never provided. Not recommended if you value respect, integrity, and proper guest treatment.
