Park Ave Suites

beaut hotel, recently gone through a renovation (it was another hotel group before) rooms are really nice, well decorated and spacious. Great products in the bathroom! The staff were super nice and welcoming. Location is great, right by the subway and was easy to get around. Also good spots around for coffee / food if you are not in the mood to venture too far. There is a roof terrace which is soon ready for use, cannot wait to come back and stay there when I come back :)

I can't say enough good things about our recent stay at Hotel Park Avenue. My teen daughter and I arrived on a red-eye flight at 5am, exhausted and hoping for a smooth check-in. That’s when we met Allen at the front desk, and he truly made our entire trip unforgettable. He went above and beyond to welcome us warmly and got us into the best available room right away. We were blown away the second we opened the door to our suite! His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality set the tone for a perfect NYC stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—modern, chic, and beautifully decorated with top-quality finishes throughout. Our suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom felt luxurious. The location is unbeatable, central and close to all of Manhattan’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It’s the ideal home base for exploring the city. Unlike the big chain hotels, Hotel Park Avenue offers a boutique vibe with stylish interiors and thoughtful touches, all at a price that won’t break the bank—a true rarity in NYC. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, and the property offers countless Instagram-worthy spots both inside and in the surrounding area. Thanks to Allen and the entire team, this hotel has become my go-to spot for future NYC visits. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, style, and standout service!

I didn't stay there, but spent a considerable amount of time at their property as a friend of mine was staying there, so I visited often. I have to say: posh, posh, and more posh. All without being tacky. Rooms are clean, super spacious, and they are well maintained. All three a rare occurrence in New York. The little radio speaker they had was fire, with this booming bass that wasn't obnoxious. And you couldn't hear a drop from other rooms, which is a definite PLUS. The views are great and you're in one of the safest areas of Manhattan, right on Park Ave /30th St. Everything is within walking distance there, including 2 subway stations, pharmacies, fast food, Delis, and Delivery, only 12 blocks to Grand Central terminal. From what my friend told me the cost was reasonable, but I can't speak to that since I don't know what the rates were. However, for my next staycation in the city, I will be looking closely at Hotel Park Ave for that stay. Really good hotel. And trust me, I KNOW hotels!
