I stayed here for a week and a half as a solo traveller and it was safe, clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The stay, overall, exceeded my expectations for a three star accommodation. They have a reasonable laundry fee. My only "complaint" is they said they would prepare breakfast for me ahead of an early morning excursion and didn't. Since this was something they volunteered and not something I expected of them, I'm not upset about it. The breakfast is a fairly standard turkish breakfast served buffet style, which I enjoyed nearly every day.
The hotel is small but cosy and beautiful. The staff are very helpful and caring. It doesn't look like a 3 star hotel to me. The breakfast is delicious and well made. I have been to 4 star and 5 star hotels here in istanbul. To be honest, It's better than all of them. We will come back again.
It provids you everything you expect a hotel. Rooms are clean with more than enough space. However it's near Taxim square, the locality is quiet and appropriate to rest. I surely recommend this hotel
