Park Central Hotel

Stayed in a disabled access room last week. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Only slight issue for my friend and myself was that the washbasin was a bit too low. However, the staff were wonderful. They couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Breakfast was good but only one fresh fruit. One thing to be aware of for disabled guests is the amount of inclines and ramps. There is an incline up from the car park, then quite a steep dogleg ramp to the hotel and a very steep ramp to the reception area. The walk out is all downhill to the gardens and the beach. I certainly couldn't have managed without a mobility scooter. But many thanks to the hotel for a lovely stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Park Central Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Teresa at the reception. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a beautiful smile and a warm, graceful greeting. Her service was not only quick and efficient but also incredibly thorough. She answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, making the whole check-in process smooth and pleasant. Teresa truly made me feel welcomed and well looked after — I’m very pleased with my stay!

Excellent value for money. Service first class from reception desk. Little extra bits were added to our stay which were so appreciated. Lovely room. Nice breakfast with vegetarian option. The attached seafood restaurant Crab was great. Much better than other seafood restaurants in town. It's right next to pier with lovely clean, sandy beacn. With bars and restaurants and activities it has to offer. At this price it's a reason for us to come back to Bournemouth for sure
