More than Perfect! This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I thought that after 3 years the same standard and hygiene could no longer be offered, but this stay far exceeded my previous positive experiences there. I rented a room at short notice and was greeted with a charming smile and a warm welcome from Ms. Duygu and Ms. Fatma. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced such a professional demeanor as in this hotel from the entire staff. Even after 3 years, none of the furniture is worn or the standard of hygiene has fallen. The hotel tells you at check-in what activities can be enjoyed in the area and what level of comfort is preferred in order to assign the room according to the customer's own personal wishes. I can't mention how often I was asked about my well-being, how often I was offered a local tea or other refreshment as soon as I walked through the lobby. I am delighted with the language skills of the international team, who looked after guests in at least 7 languages in my presence alone. Even after 8 hours, Mrs. Duygu welcomed me to the hotel with the same warmth. I would like to thank the entire team for this unforgettable stay and will be back soon.

The hotel is amazing, everything! I cannot think of anything not good. So professional, so friendly, so human. I had the pleasure to be served by Mr.Sabit. His wonderful English language-capability helped me so much to get some difficult business-situation solved, thank You so much for that! And of course, everyone else was also great in her/his profession.

The rooms are clean and the staff at the hotel are helpful. The bathroom in the hotel room has one of those annoying European style showers where you don't get a shower door or curtain so the floor of the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. Good location as it's in the city.
