The hotel is amazing with beautiful sea views that made the stay even more special. The staff were super friendly, especially the night shift team—they were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was okay, and the cleanliness was generally good. There was a small issue when I first entered the room (some items left in the fridge from the previous guest), but it was handled quickly. The hotel is next to a nice café with great coffee, and parking is easy to find. Overall, I really liked the hotel and would give it a full 5 out of 5!
I had a great stay at Park Dedeman Trabzon! Everything was excellent — the cleanliness, the friendly and professional staff, the delicious breakfast, and the perfect location with easy access to public transportation. I also really appreciated the free parking, which was very convenient as I had a rental car. Highly recommended! Thank you for your service ❤️
