Amazing customer service from Karen the moment I checked in. Super friendly with such a warm welcome. The room was just lovely. Very clean, spacious and airy with a lovely view. The location is perfect, just a15 minute drive to Norwich town centre. The food was great and the spa was wonderful. Can’t fault this place. Highly recommend and will DEFINITELY be returning ❤️
Great spot for family of 4 (kids 12 and 13). We booked two rooms. Note that the king bed is really two singles put together which is fine but one side was much softer than the other in one of the rooms (54) (bad for the back). Other than that, everything was great. There is additional cost for the gym/pool depending on your package but it’s good for whole visit while there (you don’t have to pay each time). Food (breakfast or later in the day) is top quality.
Set in beautiful grounds. Staff so lovely and very helpful. Food exceptional. Nice swimming pool. Room service available at a cost. Great selection of different teas with the afternoon tea. A place for special occasions as expensive. Would definitely go back as a treat.
