I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Nav was especially lovely at breakfast time and very accommodating. I enjoyed the variety of food and it tasted good as well. The room was very clean and also spacious for my family and I. A very good value for an 8 day stay.
Outstanding value. Certainly the best value I've found in the area. I stayed in a single room with breakfast for just £59 which is insane for a four star hotel in West London. Room was compact but had everything I needed and more, plus the bathroom was terrific and spotlessly clean. Parking just £12 for 24 hours. Use comparison sites to get the best deal as rates vary wildly but don't hesitate to book, it's an excellent hotel.
Service was wonderful from the front desk, Monica was very kinda and helpful when we asked her questions about transportation around England. Room was very spacious and clean but had some electrical plug issues. The location of the hotel is very accessible from the Heathrow airport by bus even with large luggage. London is also a direct hour train ride away! Great for those looking for a more affordable option to stay.
