Park Hotel &Amp; Spa Boyana

Our car was vandelized over night in the parking of the hotel. The personel from the reception was helpful, but thevmanagement not useful at all. We just recieved an e-mail saying that they are sorry.

Better to avoid neglected and dirty everywhere, shameful! Unmade beds for 2 bedrooms, bedside drawers with dirty handkerchiefs etc.etc. another drawer, snack residue, dry garlic, etc., etc. bathrooms without a minimum level of hygiene. forget it

The rooms are like historical monuments. There is only one Turkish channel on the TV. The windows are getting wind. Even the door can be opened with a key. Cards have not yet arrived in all the rooms. :) I admit it was a wrong choice.
