A great place to stay in Auckland center. The Staff is always welcoming, nice and always ready to help. The atmosphere is friendly with nice people coming from all over the world. I also slept very well... It is located in a calm and safe environment. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants an affordable and pleasant staying in Auckland.
Very nice experience😊The stuff is very helpful and the room is quite clean. I can exactly see the beautiful sky tower from my room! So amazing. I also like the vibe very much. So lucky made some good friends here.
Charged my credit card randomly after I'd checked out when I'd prepaid for my stay, and they wont answer any of their phone numbers (main one on google or their emergency help line). Cleanliness of the hostel, particularly the bathrooms was pretty gross most of the time too. Dirty bedding on my bed stained with make up and hair in the lockers.
