We had a lovely stay at Hotel Casimiro in San Felice! The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area right by the water—perfect for relaxing. The entire Anlage is very well maintained and offers a tranquil atmosphere. The food was really nice, especially the dinner, which had many fresh and tasty options every evening. A special thank you goes to the two Argentinian waiters, Melina and Sandro, who were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. They even surprised us with a small birthday cake and candle on a birthday evening, which made the stay extra special. The rest of the hotel staff were also very helpful and responsive. After I mentioned that there were quite a few spiders around the hotel, they immediately took action and made sure the issue was taken care of. It really showed how committed they are to ensuring guests have a good experience. All in all, it was a very good holiday—we would definitely come back!

Just got back from a week at this hotel, wish we had booked for 2 weeks! Great location, spotlessly clean everywhere, good choice of food. Very reasonably priced drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Local ferry port just a short walk away, making it very easy to get to other places around the lake. Lake Garda never fails to make me want to go back, so beautiful.

This is an ok hotel, it’s clean and tidy and the food is good. Main problem is this isn’t an ideal place to bring young children. A lot of steps don’t have ramps for pushchairs and we weren’t told about the hefty 10 euro a night charge for a cot until we arrived (others beware!) The hotel is also in a bit of a funny location quite far from the main tourists areas. You can get the ferry from Portese but it’s slow and expensive. I would recommend getting a hire car from the airport. Contrary to how the hotel has responded below, there was no obvious assistance for strollers or ramps available. No staff bothered to help us with this either. We strongly disagree that the information about the cot charges were made clearly available to us on booking, and instead was hidden away in the small print. We certainly won’t be returning or recommending this to others based on their dismissive attitude when customers give honest feedback.
