Really happy with my stay! Clean, quiet, and cozy — just what you need after a long day. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. Having coffee and tea in the room was a small touch, but it made a big difference. Great place to stay in Katowice, with a convenient location. Thanks to the amazing and awesome hotel team!
The stay overall was pleasant, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The breakfast price of 80 PLN per person per day felt quite high compared to general prices elsewhere (I strongly suggest to go for 10 minute walk to get yourself breakfast sandwich or similar which will cost x7 less). The rooms are comfortable, but they could benefit from some small updates. For instance, the minibar did not cool items—it seemed to be just a box with a light (I did check the switch to ensure it was on). It was also quite dusty inside and had an unusual odor, which made me wonder if it had been cleaned thoroughly. Parking is limited, with only a few free spaces available, so be prepared for the possibility of paid parking at the hotel. The bedside lights were a bit loose and could use tightening (especially the first one in the room I was in). It would be great if the TV offered internet connectivity, as currently, you can only watch regular channels. On a positive note, the internet connection in the room was stable, and I had no issues working online. Complimentary water is always appreciated too. Air con is on the older side but generally was working well. Shower gel and shampoo smelled nice, although I didn't think much of it at the time, complimentary toothpaste would also be great to have. In the bathroom, I noticed slight cracks in the tiles around the radiator, and the toilet flush button on the right wasn’t working. The rain shower was a nice feature, although a small pin detail was missing, and there were visible rust marks beneath the shower tap. Important to note that the hotel is opposite side from a hospital, so ambulance sirens are quite common in the area. Overall, the experience was fine, but addressing these minor issues would make the stay even better.
The hotel was a bitter disappointment. The Hotel rooms were unhygienic, the housekeeping was careless and superficial. Cleanliness was definitely not a standard here. At night, there was regularly a huge amount of noise from the guests. Loud music, shouting, and jumping around in the hallways. The receptionist's response was zero. The only response was "sorry." Parking spaces are overpriced, special for simple outdoor spaces. The Hotel bar does exist but was almost never open. The staff, especially the waiters, were unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall: A lot of pretense, but no substance. Absolutely not recommended.
