The rooms were new, clean. The food was amazing. The staff was nice except the one on the ski depot. He constantly tried to get more money by lying was also rude. The other downside is that the hotel is a little far from the slopes.
The lady on reception at this hotel (unfortunately I never got here name) but was always super helpfull and very good English....thank you again for your helpfulness... the hotel has a warm feeling and cozy, meals were good, rooms are on the small side but clean...location is also good I would recommend no faults really.... thanks
Awful experience, exceptionally unhygienic. Hairs and dirt on the “clean” sheets. I found hairs in my food. When I confronted the staff they were dismissive and rude. There was a bug/spider crawling on the table. Liquids squirted and dried out on the doors the moment I went into the room at first. Horrible service, horrible hygiene. Avoid this place.
