We were satisfied with this hotel and considered it great value for money. Room was not spectacular, but ok. Only minus: windows not fully opening. Small nice spa. Water in the pool is not hot, but surely not cold. Very good breakfast and dinner. Nice lobby to spend some relax time. Ski room and ski shuttle included. Paid parking in front, but possible to park for free 50 m away.
The personal is kind and responsive .The breakfast is varied and tasty, especially the mekitsa.The pool is big and clean ,and the steam room is authentic.The lactation is great and close to the center and the mountains.I recommend this place and I will definitely come back 😀
We got an economic room on the 3-floor and I would say the room is with one small window limited to open (for fresh air).The whole hotel is approx.3 stars hotel,not 4.Small swimming pool, not working many of the facilities in the Spa center, even the Sauna was turned off yesterday. Basic English Breakfast plus fresh vegetables; juice mixed with water.
