Nice, quite hotel. Rooms are big enough and clean! Breakfast could be better. I had a dinner at biergarten and is was just perfect. Prices a bit higher compare with average restaurants in the city but compare to EU prices it is still cheap.
Hotel is pretty average: rooms are big and clean, but nothing special. There are also quite spacious roof terraces facing park available with more expensive rooms. Breakfast is quite good, bar was already closed at midnight. The biggest complaint is unprofessional service at the reception desk - both times while check-in and check-out girls were unfriendly, annoyed, and looked super confused. It seemed they have no idea what they were doing. Very slow service and no explanation to us what's going on.
You need to notify guests that the spa will not be available if they don't book it in advance. We were very disappointed to find that absolutely no services were available when we arrived. Also, you should give guests two room keys if there's more than 1 person in the group. Very inconvenient to share 1 key, especially because the lights turn off if someone needs to take it with them.
