Absolutely everything about this hotel was incredible! The staff and concierge service was great, room cleaned twice a day. View and location in Limone Sul Garda was breathtaking, the photos of the hotel don't do it justice. The pool has a larger cold and smaller heated pool, plus indoor pool and spa services. The buffet breakfast was so delicious, every food you can imagine, buffet station plus prosecco. 10/10 would recommend this hotel when staying in Limone
We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a lovely experience. The service in particular is excellent with staff more than happy to help you with whatever you need. The hotel rooms are modern and clean style, which is to our personal preference. The grounds and pool area are amazing - we really enjoyed viewing all of the amazing fruit trees and plants. A personal tip - wander over to the health spa (Centro Tao) area and have a look in the outdoor pond there - you will be greeted by some very cute turtles swimming about or basking in the sunshine! A few minor points to make it perfect: - Coffee in the room was just an instant sachet. For this price level I would expect something more premium like Nespresso. - Breakfast, while good quality, didn't have the widest selection. A greater selection of hot food (e.g. eggs, mushrooms, beans, etc) ready to eat would be welcome. There is an omelette station where you can request eggs but sometimes it's nice just to pick something up that you want. - We had to check out early and reception desk does not start working until 7.30am which is unusual - for a 5 star hotel i would be expect 24/7 reception service. This caused some confusion but was rectified by a phone call. It might be worth asking guests their check out time when taking bookings to avoid this. Overall I recommend this hotel with some very minor changes to make it perfect
I'm puzzled by the 5-star rating. My experience was far from satisfactory. First off, the furniture seems quite dated, which doesn't align with a 5-star standard. When we arrived, the fridge was empty, not even a bottle of water (we did request some later). We also asked for an iron, but the one they provided had a plug that didn't fit the room's socket. When we requested a different one, we were informed that they were all in use in other rooms. I'm not convinced they deserve a 5-star rating. The only redeeming qualities were the stunning view and the staff's kindness.
