Park Hotel Le Dune Di Giovino

We stayed one week here and it was absolutely wonderful! The entire staff was extremely polite, kind, hospitable and welcoming. The hotel is modern, sparkling clean, quiet, relaxing. The restaurant was top ! They accommodated my gluten free needs because of celiac for every meal. I was able to eat safely there without the fear of getting sick. Their knowledge of gluten free foods was outstanding! It made the trip even better ! We hope to return again soon ! Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms The room was very comfortable, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was excellent, everything that we needed was provided. Nearby activities The pool is pristine clean, lounges and towels, all high quality. Safety The room doors locked with room card, the gate to the entrance was closed to the main road. Walkability The beach is only a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is very nice arranged that there are not long walks to the room, pool, restaurant, etc Food & drinks The food was amazing ! I needed a gluten and dairy free diet due to celiac and food allergies, they were able to provide every meal for me. Their knowledge of celiac and the gluten free needs was excellent! Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per il cenone di Capodanno 2024 ed il cibo era di qualità scadente. Antipasti, gnocchi e secondi erano duri e freddi, il risotto odorava e sapeva di bruciato. Le lenticchie associate al cotechino erano ugualmente bruciacchiate. L'aperitivo presentava una scarsa scelta di spuntini. Per aver speso 140€/persona,a qualità del servizio non corrisponde senz'altro al prezzo. Lasciamo la stella solo per l'intrattenimento e la gentilezza dei camerieri, per il resto rimane un'esperienza da non rifare.
