My family and I had a great time. It has everything you need to enjoy a Tuscan holiday: the rooms were spacious and clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the swimming pool... just as much as we loved our evening drink while taking in the beautiful scenery. Prices are reasonable. Recommended.
Hotel is in good location with great views over the valley. The pool and terrace area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Reception staff are charming and can't help enough as are the bar staff. Lovely terrace for meals and good food. Only criticism is that the restaurant staff are very formal and could smile!!
Location and views to the valley are excellent, so was the service. Very kind and polite and we are very grateful for their hospitality. However, I found our stay to be overpriced for what we got. The rooms are small, dark and very old fashioned. The restaurant had very few options for lunch, and seemed to be understaffed, so took a while to get drinks served. There were not enough sun loungers around the pool area, so was not able to use it. Hope this review is helpful!!
