I love this place! We’ve stayed here twice and can’t wait to come back again. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is great, and the area is quiet and beautiful. Bergische Land ❤️❤️❤️
I forget my watch in the room. After I contacted the hotel they told me that my watch was found and sent it to me immediately. I received my watch perfectly packaged. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. Very correct and kind, just great! Will definitely visit again ❤️
We chose this hotel, among other reasons, because it had a bath in the room, but ours, despite being listed as a bath in the reservation, had a shower. One of the two saunas that the hotel has, is out of service. The hotel is quite big and the location is quiet. It is a pity that being a 4-star hotel, it cannot deliver what it offers. Recommended, but not for someone looking for a 4-star hotel with such a high rating.
