After getting stitched up with hotel chicin...we got moved to this hotel...the staff were very,very....VERY friendly. They were even kind enough to give my girlfriend a lovely gift on arrival...safe to say the made my girlfriends stay very rememberable. All three of the guys made sure we were catered for in every area. The sauna was very relaxing and the pool was nice. I will be back for sure...not sure i will bring my girlfriend again as I'm sure she will leave with a Bulgarian baby in her.... All jokes aside, great location, nice hotel and lovely view of the mountains... Thanks guys.... From soon to be single man....

Service, food and swimming pool - they need improvement. The water in the pool is too cold. For the men is OK, but not suitable for women and children. Other guests also mentioned the same. The room was clean. The breakfast was the same every day. The sauna and the steam bath were perfect. After a skiing day I would recommend them, in the steam bath they use eucalyptus oil!

We recently stayed at Park Hotel to celebrate New Year’s Eve and enjoy the natural beauty of Bansko. The hotel’s location is undoubtedly one of its highlights, placed near the mountains in a peaceful and quiet setting. We specifically chose this hotel for its advertised amenities, including the gym, pool, and sauna. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet our expectations. The gym equipment was poorly maintained, which not only made working out challenging but also raised safety concerns. The pool area, though visually appealing, was uncomfortably cold due to inadequate ventilation, which created a very humid and unpleasant environment. The breakfast was another disappointment. Many of the items, such as vegetables and cheeses, appeared to have been prepared in advance, and their freshness was questionable. Additionally, we were surprised when, two weeks before our holiday, the hotel attempted to cancel our reservation. Thankfully, because we had booked through Booking.com, the cancellation was not possible. Based on this experience, we strongly recommend booking directly through Booking.com to ensure your reservation is secure.
