Park Hotel Perla

Food is good but room its so bad. In our room was only one fuction socket and it charged so slow. And water started leaking from the air conditioner.

Awful rooms that are not clean: mould in the bathroom ceilings, sewage water coming from the floor drains, stains on the walls, floors, etc. The headboards are covered in black hairs and stains, and the sheets do not cover the disgusting mattress. The staff was rude and barged into the rooms when we were not even dressed yet. Most did not speak English and the daily cleaning was essentially 'sweeping' the floors and folding the sheets. Towels were only changed 1 time in the 7 days we stayed, and they were covered in rust stains. The breakfast is terrible, the only eatable food is the bread and packets of butter. Eggs are runny (not thoroughly cooked at all), sausages are reused from other meals and the yoghurt has clumps and tastes old. Generally a terrible experience, I have no idea how this hotel scores 3 stars.

In general the hotel is unclean, the staff is unfriendly, the food is horrendous and it was a bad experience staying at Perla. We booked the hotel through our travel agency, and instantly found hair on the headboards from previous guests, our AC smelled of gasoline, and there were mould growing in the bathroom. When we contacted the hotel 3 times they didn't fix it, and even had a maid burst into our room without knocking to "see what the problem was", to then decide there was no problems with the room. Afterwards our agency send a guide to talk with the hotel, and ended up upgrading us to another room. Where the AC still smelled but was otherwise okay.
