Park Hotel Serenissima

I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks for the outstanding service and experience during my recent stay at your hotel!!! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming! The front desk staff was warm, professional and efficient. My room was clean, beautifully designed and comfortable. I also appreciated the quiet and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel, which made it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Thank you for providing such a high standard! The hotel is in a nice place and that's where it all ends, the rooms are old, dilapidated, dirty, the carpets in the hallways are disgustingly dirty, the breakfast is a total disappointment

I gave it one star only because I couldn’t give zero. I’ve never stayed in such a dirty hotel room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
