The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and cozy. We were here as part of a bicycling group and they served us dinner on the first night of our two nights stay. It was a lovely dinner with the choice of salmon or chicken. The breakfast buffet is a lot of the usual meats, cheeses, and breads. Our room had an outdoor patio and a drying rack which came in handy for drying our wet bicycling gear.
Spectacular hotel. Rooms are perfect. Staff were friendly. Food was amazing. And the spa and pool are not to be missed.
Hospitality of the managers was below par. Hospitality of the employees was excellent: incredibly kind and hardworking people, who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is situated in a slumbering village in lovely surroundings. The ‘disabled room’ was not up to the standards of what a disabled room should be like. Taking a shower in a wheelchair was impossible, no guardrails, even with professional assistance, I was not able to take a shower. Many facilities were closed during the day (terrace, restaurant and bar). All in all, it was a pleasant stay due to the incredible employees, the lovely surroundings and my great company.
