Beautiful hotel situated in great alpes surrounding. The building is nicely located in the Andalo city centre 2 steps from main road and 200m from ski slopes. Personnel makes this hotel a "must come back"place, as their kindness add to a very good hotel a special addition, E.g.: cleaning ladies left every day little chocolate for the kids and local stories/legends to read kids before sleep; another exampleis the availabilityin the restaurantfor asking any dish not includedin the menu(requeststo be made in the morning duringthe day menureview). Restaurant is really very good with no way to find a negative point.. Dinner a la carte with fantastic Italian menu everyday different(very good variety of Italian and also tirol local recipes). Breakfast with excellent variety of sweet and sour foods to satisfy all Breakfast requests. The afternoon meal is perfect after a day on the snow and offers hot cold sweet and sour food and beverages. The SPA is very nice and nicely cleaned all the day long. There's in the basement a very large roo. With great condition to keep and dry ski equipment. Swimming pool is big and offers fun for all ages(water fall mushroom, 3 jacuzzi zones including a cave). Gym is big enough and pretty good equipped. Rooms for family and kids entertainment are well equipped and cleaned. Rooms large enough and properly equipped, they were cleaned and ordered 3 times a day!

Great experience under everything point of view: great rooms, perfect location, restaurant always willing to help and meet our needs. Kids club and spa were a great addition.
