The spa is definitely the highlight, amazing views and spotless clean! The staff was very nice. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Fully recommend!

We booked standard room but has been upgraded to family room which is bigger and more comfortable. We arrived quite early and Dylan has helped us to keep our luggage while we stroll the city. Mr Ali was kind enough to let us check in slightly early since room is available. We decided to extend our stay for another night but would like to have room with balcony (no balcony for family room). There was no room available that day. Stella who entertained us, promised to find us room quickly. The next day when we checked out, we were surprised to know that room we requested has been readied for us! We would like to thank Mr Ali, Stella and Dylan for making our trip a memorable one! We wish you guys all the best and hopefully we’ll meet again…

The rooftop spa was fantastic — I really enjoyed it! The restaurant food was also quite good, and the staff were warm and welcoming. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement. There were several strands of hair from the previous guest still stuck on the bathroom wall — hard to miss and frankly quite off-putting. Attention to such details is important and should not be overlooked.
