The hotel was good value for what we paid. We arrived from England, Mofher & 2 daughters. The staff were so friendly, the Spa was great, top quality massages, the thermal pools were lovely so relaxing with idromassages in various places. The food vas excellent, choice of 3 starters & 3 main dishes, all desserts homemade. The bedroom was old fashioned and also the bathroom, but considering the price it was very acceptable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately return.
The rooms were not clean when we arrived . We had to change 3 rooms They do not start the Air conditioner and have a weird reason behind it.. they say as per some laws till 4th June they cannot start the AC in the rooms. The room is very suffocating if no AC The rooms are very olden style. No much option for breakfast.
This is a fake 4 stars "hotel"!!! This place is enough for 2 stars!!! The pics on the booking site are false!!! The service awful!!! At the SPAHotel the bathrobe isn't included in the price...??? The equipments are out of date and old! The room was clean but with old furniture! The breakfast really was NOT 4 stars level!!! There were only few cakes, no sorts of fruits, no omletts, no choices any cheeses and empty vendor machine!!! You should choose another and real 4 stars hotel!!!
