Staying at Park Hotel Terme Mediterrano was a delight, front desk staff were wonderfully helpful with information and directions. Hotel owners family was a pleasure to work with, they made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The owners son spoke English which helped tremendously!! Our Italian wasn’t the greatest!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation

The hotel has both great advantages and disadvantages. The day of our arrival was spoilt by the disappointment of the hotel room that we got. It's the farthest from the hotel's main premises. So, to get to the restaurant or the swimming pool we had to take a ~10-minute walk along a busy road with almost no sidewalks. Not only is it absolutely inconvenient, but it's also dangerous especially when it's rainy or at night. Only after complaining about that issue, we were offered a free shuttle to our room,which was a really good solution. The room itself is pretty dated, with old and scruffy furniture. The mirror in the bathroom was slightly shattered on one side and hasn't been replaced yet. There were no plastic windows either. So, those who book a room in this hotel should check its location really carefully. And I think the hotel must provide everyone, who is placed in their remote rooms, with a shuttle and a timetable to avoid further inconveniences and complaints. As for the rest, we were pretty satisfied. The hotel has a wonderful huge garden. It was pleasant to walk there. Their pools are excellent. The water is super warm. So, you can swim there in almost all weather conditions. The food was good, too. We liked the variety of dishes served for dinner. And breakfast was fine as well. We appreciate the staff's attitude. Everyone was kind and responsive, and tried to resolve our issues and requests. We would like to thank the receptionists, the waiters of the restaurant as well as the sir in charge of the restaurant who speaks several languages brilliantly, and he is very sociable. We appreciate the drivers' work, too. We were also glad that the room was cleaned every day. We got fresh towels daily, too.
