We were in transit on our way to Milan and stayed at this hotel for a short break. I can't say much about the location since we didn’t really know the area, but there was an outlet nearby, and Venice was about an hour away. The hotel looked a bit old, but the room was okay and seemed clean. The price felt a bit high to me, though. For a transit stop, I would recommend it.

EDIT after the reply of the owner: Please check dates before writing and be polite and not aggressive with your customers as in my case. We have stayed at your hotel the night of August 31st. Therefore, I posted the answer not even a week after we stayed at your place. It does not seem to me an exceedingly long time. It also helps to calibrate the words. Take this also as a hint. We have a busy life outside your hotel and posting reviews can well be not at the top of our list. It was late and for us it was basically take or die so we paid (even before seeing the room) and we decided to drink the sour liquid once we saw the room (and hastily went before closing time to a fantastic restaurant indicated by the person at your reception). But this does not cancel the right to criticise, does it? In any case those rooms are dangerous (in my humble opinion). If you continue to sell them, it is just natural that you are bound to receive this kind of comments. It is your choice. And you know yourself that those rooms are borderline, since on Booking.com the pictures of the rooms like the one we received (and only those) are cleverly framed to hide the low ceiling. If they offer you a room at the third floor do not accept or ask for one at a lower floor! We got a room directly from the reception on arrival (plenty of rooms on Booking, so why bother?). This rooms may be politely be called cramped. But they are dangerous! They are right below the roof of the building and therefore the ceiling is REALLY VERY LOW! If you happen to wake from a bad dream during the night and you sit on your bed forgetting where you are, you hit your head to the ceiling. The only small area of the room with a reasonable high cealing was occupied by a cupboard. The room is all like this. You may be more comfortable in an igloo (where there are no edges by the way). I think that if I asked to restore/build a house with such room dimensions, the project would not pass Italian minimum legal requirements. Also, changing subject, you cannot call you an Italian 4 stars hotel and offer in the morning milk and coffee (in all their varieties of combinations) form an automatic machine, starting from powders. This may be OKish in few stars hotels (but it does not make me happy nevertheless), but not in an hotel which presents itself with a posh fountain at the front entrance. That said, people working there are nice and helpful and have no responsibility about these shortcomings.

The location was ok, which is not far from the highway and outlet. We booked for 4 adults' rooms, and there are two french double bed sizes (140×190), and the room is very small, which is difficult to move, impossible and uncomfortable for two normal adults to sleep on the same bed. Just to mention, the elder man works in reception who doesn't speak English, I don't think that is appropriate. Well, first time and last time.
