We had an amazing time at the Park Hyatt Chicago! We were upgraded to the Gold Coast Suite, which was incredibly spacious, and our kids loved it. The hotel is situated along the Magnificent Mile, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions nearby. The staff was exceptional, especially the doorman, Antonio, who was friendly and helpful. Our kids still talk about how the Park Hyatt is their favorite hotel experience to date, and we can't wait to be back.
✨An Unforgettable Stay at Park Hyatt Chicago ✨ I had the absolute joy of celebrating my mom’s retirement with a special staycation at the newly renovated Park Hyatt Chicago — and I can honestly say, it was perfection from start to finish. Even before we arrived, the service was warm, thoughtful, and truly world-class. A very special thank you to Casey Frankel, who went above and beyond to make our time feel so meaningful. Her kindness, care, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly memorable. She even helped surprise my mom with something truly special — we’ll never forget it. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, modern, and luxurious, with the most beautiful views and the best location in the city. Whether you’re looking for a dreamy girls’ weekend, a romantic getaway, or a peaceful solo escape, this is truly the place to be. The in-house dining options are also phenomenal — perfect for a cozy night in or a celebratory toast. Thank you, Park Hyatt, for giving us such a magical experience. We can’t wait to come back!
My wife and stayed here recently July 31-August 3 to celebrate our anniversary. We were very excited based on the reviews and recognition the Hyatt in downtown Chicago has received. We loved the location, the Nomi restaurant food and staff was amazing especially Gus the bartender at the rooftop bar. He made excellent drinks, was very knowledgeable of the menu best ideas and the city itself. We had an adjourning room and the other room occupant was unusually loud. We notified the front desk and they made it more about the rooms sharing a wall than addressing the issue. At that price point we didn’t need an explanation we needed a reasonable remedy. All in all I loved the overall experience. The front desk manager did respond to this concern and apologized.
